All digital purchases—including planners, printables, ebooks, and guides—are non-refundable due to their instant delivery.

If your file is missing, corrupted, or won’t open, please email me. I’m happy to help resolve it.

Because custom work involves time and personalized design, all custom service sales are final once work has begun.

Each custom package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final result.

Items like mugs, apparel, and wall art are fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner through Fourthwall.
